Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for change-of-mind purchases, provided the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Original postage charges are non-refundable where applicable.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for products that have been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or is not as described, please contact us through eBay. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the eBay Money Back Guarantee and Australian Consumer Law, including return postage where applicable.

Nothing in this returns policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
